Annual company meetings
One room, one message, every branch and job site in it.
We're based in Nebraska and we produce for the companies that build, power, and supply this region — general sessions, annual meetings, dealer summits, safety kickoffs, and investor days.

Most companies in this region hand their biggest room of the year to whichever AV crew the venue recommends. That works fine for a breakout. It rarely works for the one hour when your whole company, dealer network, or membership is listening.
We live here. We know which ballrooms have usable rigging, which ones fight you on power, where the load-in doors actually are, and how long it really takes to get a truck unloaded downtown in February. That knowledge shows up as fewer surprises and fewer labor days on your invoice.
We've produced for Nebraska organizations including NioCorp, Supportworks, OPPD, and NPPD, plus regional associations and dealer networks.
The room is the first thing your people believe.
The one room where your whole company hears the same thing.
Engineered, not ordered off a rate sheet.
Your vendors deserve a partner, not a floor plan email.
One team accountable for everything nobody sees.
For the crews, branches, and members who couldn't travel.
One room, one message, every branch and job site in it.
Product launches and sales alignment for regional dealer networks.
Multi-day member conferences with exhibit floors and breakouts.
Board-level rooms where credibility is the entire point.
We produce in hotel ballrooms, convention and civic centers, arenas, and non-traditional spaces like shops and warehouses across the Omaha and Lincoln metros. Before you sign a venue contract, we'll review its rigging, power, load-in, and in-house AV language with you.
No. We're based here and know these rooms, but we travel with our clients nationwide and plan travel, freight, and local labor as part of the production budget.
Sometimes, depending on crew and gear availability. Being local helps. What early planning buys you is design and budget protection, not just availability.
We give you a range with the assumptions written down: days included, crew size, rigging assumptions, travel, and what would move the number. No single mystery figure.
Comparing options first? Read hotel AV vs. a production partner and what a general session actually costs.
If your event is in the Omaha or Lincoln metro, we'll often come see the space with you before there's a contract. Bring dates, headcount, and what the room has to accomplish.
