What does an Omaha event producer actually do?
An event producer owns the whole room, not just the equipment. We design the general session, manage the crew and the run of show, call the show live, and answer for the result. The venue's AV team rents you gear. A producer makes the event land.
Which Omaha and Nebraska venues do you work in?
We produce in hotel ballrooms, convention and civic centers, arenas, and non-traditional spaces like shops and warehouses across the Omaha metro. Before you sign a venue contract, we'll review its rigging, power, load-in, and in-house AV language with you.
Do you only work in Nebraska?
No. We're based here and know these rooms, but we travel with our clients nationwide and plan travel, freight, and local labor as part of the production budget.
Can you handle a same-week or short-notice event?
Sometimes, depending on crew and gear availability. Being local helps. What early planning buys you is design and budget protection, not just availability.
