The hotel says we have to use their in-house AV. True?
Sometimes there are rigging or power restrictions, rarely a true exclusivity requirement. We negotiate that language with venues regularly and can review your contract before you sign.
How much gear is actually necessary?
Less than most quotes assume, and different from what most quotes list. We spec to the content and the room, then show you exactly what each line item does.
